A relaxed and informal café bar inspired by the small bàcari of Venice. Come and enjoy delicious, simple, seasonal food and drink in a creative and social space!

From 12-9.30pm we serve CICHETI (Venetian style small bites and snacks), alongside a delicious regularly changing menu called PIATTI (larger plates, cooked fresh and made to share or eat solo) as well as daytime sandwiches, cakes and great coffee. Enjoy an ombra or spritz (or two) and stay into the evening where aperitivo hour onwards sees the space transforms into a bustling bar, serving well sourced wines and beers in a lively atmosphere. We champion ingredients from the best producers with an emphasis on sustainability, a high percentage of the menu being plant focussed.

We support creative projects, commissioning artists to make work around the space. A relaxed café/bar by day, with an evening dining room and exceptional food all the time. Salute!

We take bookings for tables up to 10 people on Thursday and Friday evenings, and Saturdays all day in the dining room. At all other times, and for bar tables, we are walk-ins only. Bookings via the tab above.
