Conduct. Bacareto is a welcoming and friendly venue. We will not tolerate any inappropriate, discriminative or abusive behaviour of any kind between Workspace users, or Workspace users to staff. Anyone who does not follow these rules will be asked to leave, and may have their membership terminated.
Sessions end at 5pm sharp. Our dining room will be in restaurant use from 5.30pm, which means our team will need to turnover the room to ensure we are ready for service.
Access. Unfortunately our dining room is not accessible by wheelchair, if this is going to affect your ability to hot desk with us, please get in touch by emailing hello@bacareto.co.uk
Lunch. All subscribers to our “Grande” offer will be provided a light lunch, this lunch is discretionary to the chef onsite, however if you have any dietary requirements please inform us as soon as you can.
Payments. By signing up to our Creative Community Workspace and providing your payment information, you agree to pay us the recurring or nonrecurring fees associated with the particular Services you are purchasing, as displayed to you at the time you create your account and/or sign up for the relevant Services, or as updated by us from time to time upon notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that the payment method provided by you will be automatically charged the fees and any other amounts you may incur or be liable for (including for damages caused to any of our Premises or property) in connection with the Services.
Only a single payment method may be used at any given time to make payments for all Services you purchase in a single transaction. You must keep your payment information up-to-date and accurate. Recurring fees will be charged on the date of initial payment each month unless we notify you otherwise.
Your use of the Services may be immediately suspended, and eventually terminated, if we are unable to charge your payment instrument for any reason.
Subscriptions. All subscription appointments must be booked in advance, no walk ups will be available for anyone on the Part-Time or Full-Time plans. Subscriptions will reset at the beginning of each month, remaining appointments on your subscription will not rollover, and are non-refundable.
No refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations. Appointment cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, refunds will not be possible after this time.
Subscription cancellations can be made any time, you will still have access to the space until your subscription period has closed.
